For in-person classes you can cancel your class registration prior to the start of class and penalties may apply. Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable. A refund of a class that has started and been attended by a customer is only possible if the class is cancelled by lunchtime of Day 1 for full day classes or before the second session for online series. An exception for online classes is once you have received the class manual or replay download link there are no refunds.
