Abuse Hold® is an amazingly powerful process that releases all forms of abuse energy locked in our bodies. You do not have to tell the story and relive it. You only have to show up with a true willingness to let go all of those energies of any kind of abuse. Requirement prior to session you are required to listen to Abuse Clearing CD 30 times before you receive the session. At least 3 times being present with listening, then you can listen to it at night with volume very low while you sleep.
